Stop Chasing Symptoms & Start Addressing the Root Cause

When one part of your body is stressed other parts begin to compensate.

Treating symptoms in isolation is like patching a leak without fixing the root cause. That's where the magic happens—in recognizing the interconnectedness of it all.

It's not just about fixing what's broken; the key to healing is to build a strong foundation of habits that support your body's innate healing ability.

Sound familiar?

Maybe you're tired of just masking symptoms and are eager to uncover the root cause for true healing.

You're ready to take significant strides toward better health, but you need a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle, plus expert guidance every step of the way.

Worried about medication side effects? Seeking alternatives? Or perhaps you've heard that your labs are fine, yet you sense something's amiss.

Your concerns deserve a listening ear and a deeper dive into the bigger picture.

You're in search of someone who truly sees and understands the whole YOU.

if this resonates with you, you're in the right place.

I'm Abby.

Registered Nurse & Integrative Health Consultant

I obtained a Bachelor’s in Science from Mankato State University. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 11 years and have been working in healthcare for 17 years. Prior to offering holistic health services, I worked as an oncology and surgical nurse and in a float pool where I greatly expanded my knowledge of acute and chronic illness.

I completed the Functional Medicine for Nurses™ program at the Integrative Nurse Coach Academy and I am currently working on becoming a Certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches. I have a love for learning and adding new skills to my nursing toolbelt!

My passion for holistic health began during my first pregnancy and has continued to grow as I have cared for my own family over the years. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, going to the lake, reading historical fiction, and cheering my kids on at their sporting events.
